Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not really sure how to describe the issues I'm having with this pc. Sometimes i have to click on something two, three, or four times before it finally opens, and then sometimes when it finally does open i have to click five or six more times before i can interact with whatever site I'm on. On top of that, sometimes i cant even close the window. Now, it's not all the time. Often, probably around 80% of the time, but not always. Sometimes it works like its supposed too. 

 

The mouse and keyboard are both wireless, and i have changed the batteries, but that doesn't seem to have helped. Even tried a different mouse, but it still happens. I've run program updates, and updated drivers, but nothing seems to work. Looking for some suggestions. Thanks.
