Product: HP Compaq LA2405x

Hello Guys, 

I have an HP LA2450x Monitor. Recently the menu button stopped functioning as a menu button and started functioning as "ok" button only. It doesn't show the menu and I need to do a factory reset, but I'm unable to do it without the menu. The button of not locked as it doesn't show the message. Please if anyone encountered this problem before and has able to fix it, I'd appreciate your help.
