Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now.

Sometimes I turn on my computer and the screen becomes blank like the image down below.

When I click, there is no response. I have to restart my computer a couple of times until the monitor works again.

This problem doesn't seem to be related to the Windows Update (I have this problem both before and after the update.)

Yesterday I performed a couple of troubleshooting steps as recommended by the Virtual Assistant such as hard reset and bios update but it doesn't seem to help with the problem. So I hope someone can help me, please. Thank you very much in advance.
