HP Recommended
Pavilion 24 all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop has a popup webcam. Usually you pull it up to open and activate it and then push it down to hide it. Since some months back, every time that I pull it up to open it and activate it, the cammera is deactivated and it disappears on the Device Administrator, and therefore I cannot use it on any application.

When push it back to closed position, it is shown again on the Device Administrator, but the image is black, as the camera is behind  the screen.

I've contacted HP Support and they asked me to send the computer to the technical support to review it, but before it I found that other users are suffering the same behavior on the community, but they didn't publish the solution (if any)

Anyone can help to identify if is there any solution for it?
