Yeah I was contacted by HP staff to pretty much say they don't really care about how we feel about the design of the keyboard, it was completely intentional, they also blamed the computer that I am using. If you can get into your BIOS, you can permanently change the function keys there - google how to change function keys in BIOS (I am not so lucky). Either that, take it back, or deal with it. I am dealing with it until I get a new PC that lets me go into the BIOS 😞
