Dual screen setup

Two users are reporting that one of their monitors often goes blank, even while they are actively using their systems; may even be using an app while on that partcular screen.  The power light stays on, in these cases but the screen goes black until the user hits a key or moves the mouse.

I have attempted to disable the Auto Sleep Mode under Power Control but I cannot save this.  Other users (with the same hardware setup) are not experiencing this but I can disable the Auto Sleep Mode if I wish; I can turn this function off and save it.

Please note one difference I have seen in the different workstations:

On the problem units, all the menu functions are accessible, while on the monitors that are not experiencing this issue, the Image Control function is the only one not accessible (not sure why this is).

I would greatly appreciate input into this matter.
