Product: ENVY Desktop - 750-197c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On start-up PC doesn't accept any keys from physical keyboard, but does accept input from virtual one. Even more: after click on "easy access" and waiting for a few sec. password box become activated and accepts keys from physical keyboard. It is going on for a few month now and the behavior seems independent from OS because since the start of the problem there were few OS updates (Window 10)
