HP Recommended

I tried the Syba card today and got exactly the same problem. The PC boots OK, but when I log in it does not automatically detect the new hardware. I have to go into the device manager and click on 'add legacy hardware'. I can install the drivers, but afterwards I see only one high speed port available, rather than two PCI Express UART Ports. Not sure how to proceed now.
