Product: Pavilion all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a brand new Pavilion All-in-One PC which is working absolutely fine other than the screen resolution being highly pixellated. It looks like something referred to online as 'screen-door'. Compared to my Apple Mac the resolution is terrible and uncomfortable to look at for long. Is this how the screen is meant to be - in which case I will have to return the computer - or can I change settings, download updates or do something else? Many thanks for help and advice.
