HP Recommended
Z240 workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem:  After the most recent NVIDIA Control Panel and Driver update to v441.12, the bottom DVI connector on my Quadro K620 graphics card stopped working: (1) Both the Windows Display settings and the NVIDIA Control Panel failed to detect my second monitor connected to the DVI connector, and (2) the monitor reported "No signal".

The monitor connected to the top (Display Port) connector worked fine.

Workaround: I downloaded and re-installed the previous NVIDIA Control Panel and Driver v431.70 from the HP Support web site.  The DVI connector now works normally.

Request to HP: Either please fix the NVIDIA driver bug or stop recommending that Z240 owners install the v441.12 version, if they have the Quadro K620 card.

Thank you.
