Product: HP Envy 700 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

    nothing I have downloaded, including the SQL recovery tool among four other programs will

recover the files, or restore them. This problem showed itself when I installed TurboTax 2018. Everything else works and I have spent nine days trying 2 get the SQL Server to work! I did find one work around so that I could bypass thier stupid updates. I changed my network settings to public and was able to extract the files and move on. But, when I finally got to the state the same problem occurred and I had just changed all my network settings back. Never have I had a problem with anything else or previous TurboTax. I am now going into safe mode to see if I cannot find out what the problem is. If someone has any idea of why this might be occurring, I would appreciate any help.   Thank you
