HP Prodesk 400 G4 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought a ProDesk 400 G4 Microtower PC recently as a replacement of my old computer. One of the poker clients I am using every day (I am a professional online poker player) does not launch on this new HP PC. When I double click on the icon or run it as Admin from its folder a white window appears for a few seconds and then it's gone. There is no error message pops up, nothing at all.

It has been tested on several PCs/laptops. It runs smoothly on an older laptop (Dell Latitude E3540) with integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 chips and computers with a video card. Could it be possible that the G4's Intel HD 630 chips can not handle it? What should I do to get it work on this machine?

The poker client is the Windows desktop version and it can be downloaded from here.

I would appreciate any kind of help or tips & tricks that I can try to get this issue solved.
