Hey lads,
Just got a brand new HP Sprout Pro AIO Pc was never used I myself opened the box!
I let the preinstalled windows 10 pro to update itself as well as all the drivers then I had to reinstall the Intel Graphics Driver-AIO 3C15(64bit) -Merlin as well as the ManyCam Virtual Camera Drivers from the recovery manager found this solution here somewhere to be able to open the sprout Workspace.
Now everything is working Capture/Create/Doc Scan except the 3D Capture(SPROUT IS EXPERIENCING TECHNIAL DIFFICULTIES. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. IF THE PROBLEM PRESIST, PLEASE CONTACT HP SUPPORT.) and the Marketplace(NO INTERNET CONNECTION MARKETPLACE NEEDS AN ACTIVE INTERNET CONNECTION).I tried everything To get them work Reinstalling all the drivers Software ,clear the browsing history in the Edge and the internet browser but no luck.
Is there anything else I can do to solve these issues? got this PC to my son but is absolutely useless without this two feature.
