Product: HP MediaSmart Server EX470
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Where can i get REALLY Support to my troubles with an elder product ?
it is terrible to walk through the Support Pages....
i'am located in Austria/Europe but each change of a Page i get to the US-American page and have 

again to Choose "Austria" (IF THIS AVAILBALE !!!)

The chat Bot is a real Catastrophe !... 
i hthink my english is not so bad, but i got 0 (Zero) correct answer to my questions...

and at last i can't find a "Support-Group" fot this kind aof devices !!...
Printer, Laptops, PC's,....    but no (Home) Servers or equal or "discontinued" Products....

Hope i will get an answer.....
