I appear to be going around in a circle with this.  I have identified the correct TPM firmware update, and yet it requires a TPM Owner Password.  I cannot find the accurate answer on this, but it seems Windows 10 1709 does not retain the TPM Owner Password.

Where is the problem?  Windows 10 1709 or the TPM firmware?

Can anybody assist in directing me to where I can resolve this, please?
