Product: HP Omni 200 - 5480qd CTO Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I  have a HP Omni 200 - 5480qd CTO Desktop PC, operating on Windows 10 Pro. The video on my camera has suddenly stopped working. Instead of displaying what is in front of it, I have a completely black screen. When in Zoom app, if I turn the camera off, my photo will show. With the camera on, just a black area is present.

Does anyone have a suggestion or solution?
