Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I start up my computer in the morning or whenever it goes to sleep the power button on my monitor flashes blue and it takes about 30 minutes to wake up.  I've tried unplugging everything and rebooting the computer but that didn't work.  I tried resetting the monitor to factory settings and that didn't work.  I have dual monitors and my second one is fine so I switched out the connection cables and monitor 2 is still ok but monitor 1 still blinks and won't wake up for half an hour.  Does this mean that my monitor is dying?  Once it finally wakes up the picture is great and it works like normal so I don't know if I need to replace it or not.  Any ideas out there?
