T520 and T530
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hi,

We have recently recieved and started to Deploy out T530 with Win10IOT using EasyShell with EWF on. The user executes Citrix (Workspace is installed) website to login.

We have found that with EasyShell enabled, when the user logs into Citrix, they cannot use the Windows Key - it does not do anything, all other keys (such as CTRL, ALT etc work fine). If the users Pressing SHIFT+F2 to put the session into a Window and then back to full screen, it appears to resolve the issue.

I have logged in as a Windows Desktop and this does not work. Clicking out of the session and back in again doesn't resolve the issue. If I set the Windowed desktop to full Screen and then press SHIFT+F2 twice, this does work.

I have tested switching off EasyShell and this also appears to resolve the issue.

This is also happening on a T520 Terminal with Windows 8 with the same configuration (Citrix workspace and EasyShell)

So is this a Citrix Workspace/EasyShell compatibility issue? Anyone else seen this?

Any help appriciated!

Thanks,

Adam.
