Hello,

We have been trying to get the the smartcard reader (SCR 3310) to work with our Citrix environment.  We have HPDM 5.0 running.  It seems that prior to ThinPro OS 7.x the card reader worked fine.  Now we insert the smart card and for about 3-4 seconds you see the LED flash a "solid" green, then the LED goes dark or blank.  While troubleshooting, we had the TC 630 in Admin Mode, you can see that the OS does see the smartcard reader, via the Control Panel "USB" devices.  It seems it is not passing the card to the preferred login which is Citrix, and the same happens when going to an RDP connection.  Is there something else that needs to be enabled?  Where do we look next?
