HP Recommended
Product: HP Elitedesk 800 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a HP Elitedesk 800 G4 which have USB-C Alt Mode config and  connected to USB-C monitor, but once I try to enter UEFI config page, the system hangs.

Also the system not accept Function key during boot up if I connected to USB-C monitor or HDMI TV screen, I needs connected to DP monitor to get into BIOS/UEFI setup screen.

 

Any ways to let HP know and fix this issue? My country (Hong Kong) always not available for support chat
