Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I have a HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT with Windows 10 64 bit installed.

When I connect a USB 3.0 device to any of the USB 3.0 ports available (either in front or back), it is not working.

But, when I connect it to a USB 2.0 port, it is working. Similarly, when I connect a USB 2.0 device to a USB 3.0 port, it is working.

I want the USB 3.0 to be functional. I believe this is a driver related issue. I have tried with installing various drivers but still, I couldn't get it to work.

Thanks in advance.
