Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the situation discussed in SUPPORT COMMUNICATION- CUSTOMER ADVISORY Document ID: c06164568. Specifically "Units where the Intel Management Engine was set to disabled in F10 BIOS setup with ME version 11.11.50.1466 or 11.21.51.1458, and desire to have Intel Management Engine set to Enabled in F10 BIOS setup, please call HP and request to have the case escalated to 3LS to be worked."

HP Support Chat is down for the moment. I'm just curious if anyone else had this issue and what was done to fix it?
