HP Pavilion HPE Series Model# H8-1214
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I was trying to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 a good while back, the update failed and I suspected bad RAM. I ran MemTest, and sure enough, I found several thousand errors on my RAM. I've decided to rully replace all of my RAM to 16GB of PC3 12800 (DDR3-1600) RAM. Since it's an older machine and I'm going to have it open anyway, I figured I'd go ahead and install a solid slate drive to install Windows 10 on, as well as replace the processor. The HP website says that the highest upgrade supported by the motherboard of my machine is the AMD FX-8150 (Zambezi) 125W. I can't seem to find this processor avialable anywhere, so I was wondering if I could instead use a AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Desktop Processor? If not, are their other options that are more easily obtainable than the FX-8150?
