HP Recommended

I configured the new PC with ID and password.

I configured wifi network and I started to copy from an old PC some documents using network.

PC was working fine and I used microsoft Edge to navigate.

I turned the PC off.

The days after I was not able to connect to the wifi network anymore.

I used LAN cable and the PC navigate again.

If I try to reconnect to the wifi network, I see the correct name, the connection seems successful, but appears "no internet access" error.

I reset the router.

Now I can navigate with lan cable or with an additional usb-wifi antenna.

The internal wifi interface seems have a frozen search result, because if I also activate an hot spot with my mobile phone, never appears to the internal card wifi list.

I also downloaded and installed from HP website the new network card drivers.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards

Tiziano Stefanoni
