Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have been experiencing a pretty strange issue with our Windows 10 devices. When a user tries to "switch user" to another account sometimes the entire system will lockup and need to be rebooted. When this happens the screen goes black after switch user is clicked, even a ctrl+alt+del won't get the PC to respond. What makes the problem particularly frustrating is that it seemingly happens at random and we have yet to figure out how to reliably reproduce the issue. So far we have tried upgrading the graphics drivers with the ones provided by the manufacture (HP) and the intel 530 drivers from intels website with no success. We have also tried letting windows install the drivers but the same error always returns. We also tried increasing the video memory from the default 32MB all the way up to 256MB and we still get the black screen. After increasing the video memory the problem seemingly went away for about 3-4 days but it happened again yesterday. Below is a pastebin of the error we keep seeing in Event Viewer after the crashes occur.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
