Hello,

 

I have a computer that is running Windows 10, yesterday the user advised that her display was "faded" and the color was "off".  I have checked in display settings, graphic settings, resolution, etc...   with no changed to the computer. We have switched monitors with same PC and got the same results. Myself and another tech both, have logged on and neither she nor I have that issue. What could possibility be going on with this one  user account?
