The wireless mouse and keyboard stopped working on my HP Desktop Envy. I have replaced the batteries in the mouse and charged the keyboard. The wireless receiver for these peripherals is located inside the desktop case/housing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. According to the device manager, drivers are up to date and items are working properly. I tried update the drivers anyway, but no luck. I tried a different mouse with a USB receiver and it works fine. Has anyone experienced the internal receiver going bad? Could a Windows 10 update somehow be blocking the mouse/keyboard from connecting to the receiver? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I have tried just about everything I can think of so hopefully someone has had some success with a similar experience.
