Product: Elitebook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Recently purchased a Z38c monitor but can't get its USB C port to display from an elitebook 840. USB-C video option in Input Control menu displays 'Connected' instead of 'Active' when the laptop is connected.
The laptop displays 'Active' (display port setting within Input Control) when it is connected using display port to display port cable.
I've tried the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable that came with the laptop as well as a brand new cable. Both cables show up as 'Connected' in Input Control.
Any ideas? Any other settings to check?
Thanks
