Hope you’re well

Our team are having an issue setting up a P6000/P2000 combination in a HP Z840

With the cards configured in these slots:

1 – HDMI (Decklink daughterboard)

2 – Blackmagic Decklink

3 – Myricom 10GbE

4 – NVidia P2000

5 – HP ThunderBolt

6 - NVidia P6000

We are receiving this fatal error when working in DaVinci Resolve

928 – Fatal PCIe error
PCIe error detected

Surprise link down error on Slot 6

Gferrsts: 0x100 Xpuncerrsts: 0x0 Uncerrsts: 0x20

Press enter to continue.

Do you have any advice or could point us in the direction of someone who could offer advice? We have tried slowing the slot speed down to Gen2 but the error is still showing up

Unfortunately, we have to use slot 5 for the thunderbolt, which is limiting our configuration options. We are about to try the P6000 in a different x16 slot

The P2000 is being used for GUI, the P6000 just for processing

Cheers

Jamie
