Zbook Power G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a brand new ZBook Power G7, when I plug my external monitor into the HDMI port, nothing is displayed on the monitor.

The laptop seems to detect that there is an external monitor plugged in, it shows up in display settings and shows the correct make and model of monitor when I go into Advanced Display Settings. It's also set to the correct resolution and refresh rate for the monitor. Monitor still works fine with my old laptop (exact same settings).

I don't have another monitor to try, but I tried plugging the ZBook into the HDMI port of my TV and it was exactly the same - detected an external display, but there's nothing appearing on the screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks
