Product: Zbook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Zbook 15 with 16 GB of ram, in task manager i saw that there are two more ram slots and some zbooks come with 32GB of ram

I got two additional ram 8gb each DDR3 1600 ECC  SODIMM  so they should be compatible as they are exactly like the one i have already installed. 

when i install the new ram in the empty slots (both or just one of them) the computer doesnt boot, just show a black screen and after a few seconds the fan start going really fast untill i shutdown unplugging power since power button stop working as well.

What can i do?
