Product: all-in-one - 24-df0040
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am putting an all-in-one in a public location. I set the display to fall asleep after 10minutes. When I come back to it and press the screen, nothing happens. I have to go get a keyboard or mouse to wake up the display.

 

All other computer sleep and hibernate settings are disabled.

I have also gone into device manager to make sure all HID entries can 'wake the computer' but since the computer is not going to sleep I don't think this helps my problem.

 

I have reinstalled Windows 10 Pro, Reset the computer and finally went and got 4 more out of the box for other parts of my site and they all have the same problem. In 5 years of putting in touch screen kiosks, this is the first time I am having this problem.

 

What assists can you suggest for a tired tech guy?
