Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

Hello..my printer is 2 years old and I am having trouble printing wirelessly from my Apple IPAD's  HP Smart App.

I can print off emails fine, but not web sites. I get a message that says, "To enable printing,open the HP Smart App and accept the privacy statement." But there is no where to open that app and accept any policy. Should I delete the app and reinstall?
