HP Recommended

Dear all,

1. I have 2 hp z600 and was wondering if I should go/it's worth going to the z800 or not... I know the z800 can handle more memory (and it has more room for more hard-drives), but I don't know any other advantages to switch to z800... are there any?

2. In regard with the memory, I found this curious myth that if you want to use all the Z800's 12 memory slots, you'll need the big power supply ... is this true? (unfortunately, I have access only to small power supplies (e.g. 800W) ... it doesn't seem to be cheap to have a 1100W delivered to my location)

3. I know there are 2 generations of Z600, can you please tell me how many generations of z800 are there (I suppose 2, but maybe there are more)? Can you tell me the document versions for these version so that I can google after their documentation and specs, to know what/how to upgrade?

4. I know the Z600 was designed with every inch/decibel/etc in mind ... so I suppose they are quieter than the z800 is this true? Is the same configuration z800 louder than its z600 counterpart?

Thank you!

R
