Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the same issue as the poster from February. Does anyone have a suggestion? If I were to hazard a guess I'd say it was a dust buildup around the CCFL backlight. Is there a way to clean this area without destroying the monitor?
