Product: HP 250 G5 Note
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The intel ptt ek recertification service is continually taking up signifacnt high usage of the CPU which results in the fan kicking in.
I have tryed the Intel site and the driver software update has not resolved.
I have done a complete factory reset and again the Intel is using the CPU.
Can you advise on how to resolve as I do not want to update the BIOS as of yet.
Thank you
