Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have had an issue with my desktop where the screen is pixelated. I have a new monitor and the same has happened so it is something to with the desktop tower.IMG_20200401_151601631small.jpg

Does anyone have any ideas?
