This notification appears when a computer is turned off. I don't know why. This has never happened before. I also decided to reinstall Windows today, but I couldn't start the BIOS. When I try to start the BIOS, the monitor turns off and displays this notification.
That is, I can't use the BIOS. Please help me solve this problem.
Monitor: HP24s
Video Card: GTX 1050
Processor: Pentium g4560
Motherboard: ASRock h110m-DGS
