Product: EliteDesk 800 G2 mini desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect my elitedesk 800 G2 to the tv in our conference room.  The tv has  hdmi connection and has worked with  other computers.  This computer doesn't have an HDMI port.  I have purchased an HP  usb-c to hdmi "HP Adapter for USB-C Laptops (USB-C to HDMI) "     I am not able to see the computer on the tv.    I get an error "try improving the USB connection  DisplayPort connection might not work.  Try using a different cable.  I have used different hdmi cables. on the tv.  is htere a setting I need to turn on?
