Product: Elitedesk 800 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Over the holiday weekend 2 of our Elitedesk 800 G4's lost the use of their wireless mouse.  One mouse was jittering across the screen and the other mouse did nothing.  We still had use of both wireless keyboards.  Troubleshooting:  changed batteries, uninstalled and re-installed usb port via dev mgr, downloaded drivers from hp site, loaded all outstanding updates, tried one mouse on the other computer, did a re-sync on the memory stick and cleaned the mouse.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?  Thank you.
