REVERB G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had my G2 since day one pre-order.....and since day one its been nothing but trouble to connect, display manager shows 'Unknow device - RTK Boot' , when this shows up I get no sound, I have to disconnect & reconnect the USB 20, 30, 40 times!!!!! until eventually it connects correctly & everything works fine...at least that's been the case so far, now its decided it wont connect, I've changed nothing on my PC so its not me, this is also the 3rd motherboard CPU combo I've tried this G2 on & always had to live with this connection issue (I7-7700K Asus M/B, then AMD5600 on Gigabyte M/B now Asus M/B) on a RTX3080 & GTX1080 always same issue.

The only HP support available to me is to ring them, however it has to be 8 till 6 Monday till Friday,  due to work only time available to me is Friday afternoons, I've sat on the phone on hold for 40-50mins on at least 10 occasions & have never managed to speak to anybody YET!!!!!!!!

WHY CANT I JUST RAISE A TICKET OR SIMILAR?????????

The more i read I'm sure I have a cable issue??  HOW DO I GET IT REPLACED????

WILL SOMEONE FROM HP PLEASE RESPOND TO ME
