G2 Reverb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I got the new G2 VR headset on Wednesday and I have been having a blast with it for around 2/3 hours when suddenly, the right hand controller's "grip" button lost its spring- so the button is pretty much unusable now. I have to admit that I am not really surprised as the controller feel subpar when compared to the headset itself, which is excellent.

Anyway, now I'm trying to register the product on the HP website so that I can get a replacement and for the last two days the website is saying that the service to register products is "currently unavailable" I don't know where else I can go get this sorted and I'd rather get this done asap as I've already been waiting a very long time for this headset!

Thanks all!
