Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,i have this laptop about one year ago. It show my laptop has two fan:the first run fast(above 4000 RPM) but the second fan run too slowly (about 200 RPM)...why?

 

It has given me 90B error a few times(5 times in last 2 months.

 

Does anyone have this problem?
