Hi,

I've been having quite a few issues with my laptops fans but have only recently decided to bring it up. My laptops fans randomly decide to go at max power whenever I'm doing non-cpu heavy everyday tasks such as just use Chrome. I always check task manager to see if something is using a lot of my hardware but my cpu usage just seems to stay around 20-40% and the ram just sticks around 45-50% so I do not believe it is an issue with a program. Even after I bought a laptop cooling pad, the cpu/gpu temps still stay low however the fans still run pretty loud and at times go at max again which gets very annoying to say the least. If someone could please let me know to do something to fix it or help me find the issue to would be a lot of help. Thank you in advance!

(Note: Task Manager and HP Omen Gaming Hub give me different stats for CPU usages with HP Gaming Hub saying my CPU utilization is at 5% whilst task manager says its running around 22%)
