Product: Omen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using omen15 gtx 1050ti i7 8th gen 1tb ssd.

Its been a year I bought this and I never experienced lags while playing games in optimal settings.

But recently I am getting some lag in heavy games especially gta 5, textures are starting to load very slow and so much stuttering while playing.

I tried resetting the Laptop, updated the drivers to latest version, tried changing power options (set to prefer maximum performance).

But one thing I noticed is the game only lags when i connect my Power adapter. If the laptop is running on battery the game is fine but lags so much when I plugged in. 

I tried changing the port and plug box no use 

Any idea how I can solve the problem
