Product: HP OMEN 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking for a new gaming laptop and the OMEN 15 series fits perfectly into my requirements. During research I found out that this series suffers from some strange keyboard issues. The problem was already discussed on this forum (link to the topic) but the discussion ended without conclusion and the thread has been locked. The issue was also mentioned on other forums  with no solution found. It seems like multiple users are affected and there is still no solution (no keyboard driver update).

I would really like to know if the problem still exists or if it already was resolved. The answer to that question determines my decision to buy this laptop, since it's the only issue regarding this model I found online.
