Product: Hp omen chair

Hi guys, 

Hi have a HP OMEN CHAIR, unfortunately one of the arms has problems and in is quite slack and dancing under my arm.

The chair has only 7 months of life, I am having hard time finding a way to ask assistance. Anybody knows what I can do?

I would like even to ask a new right arm for the chair, but it is quite impossible to find it out.
