Product Name: HP Probook 4540s
 
I am facing this problem for quite some time now and I am still unable to solve it. My touchpad is like dead to me, but it's alive in device manager

The synaptic touchpad settings tab is also missing in additional mouse settings

I am using the latest driver and already reinstall it many times but no luck. Can somebody please help me regarding this issue. I need my touchpad sometime.
