Reverb G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am posting here because I am unable to contact support. I added the G2 to my HP account but it says that the warranty status is unknown. When I click on "contact us" and pick my device, it tells me that I need to re-enter the serial number. I have done this multiple times and have even gone as far as to remove the device from my account and re-add it, to no avail. I purchased the G2 directly from HP so this is somewhat annoying.

I purchased a G2 about 2 weeks ago and I have been having trouble with the right earphone cutting in and out and crackling when it wiggles from moving my head or touching it. I decided to remove the earphone to inspect the pins but when I turn the screw nothing loosens up. I am able to remove the left earphone with no issues. I am almost certain that the steel threaded insert in the plastic is spinning with the screw, thus not allowing the screw to unthread. Now I also have a mess, the screw head has become stripped out.

Im hoping that someone from HP will see this and get in contact with me. Also, does anyone have a phone number I can call for support?
