Product: Reverb-2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Reverb controllers have always had problems even with fresh batteries.  Recently even purchased 1.6v  2600 mWh recharable batteries.  Full charged, controllers only lasting a few minutes.

Now when I check to have them replaced, hp's "support" page says:  This product is no longer serviced by HP!

It is still under warranty, so hp no longer supports their own products?   LESSON LEARNED!
